Likewise, we are all aware of and assume the need to comply with all legal and regulatory requirements that affect the provision of our service, as well as the quality objectives established within the framework of this Policy and its future revisions, the Manual, the procedures, instructions and any other document or implementation specification.
To ensure compliance with the general objective of fulfilment of requirements, the Quality Management System is implemented in accordance with the International Standard UNE-EN ISO 9001:2015, which applies to all of the company's employees, and all of our activities.
The system's main objective, besides improving customer satisfaction, is to ensure the appropriate systematisation of our activities based on a quality management tool that enables us to follow a process of continuous improvement.
We must foster awareness in terms of prevention and continuous improvement, preventing possible errors, proposing solutions, communicating effectively, identifying with the company objectives and scrupulously following the requirements of our System.
We must all understand the implications of this Quality Policy on our daily work, both in terms of the provision of services and internal management operations.
